Custom Iron Rail Handcrafted by Local Craftsman
Columns are made of Endura Cast fiberglass, so that they won’t rot. In Chippendale style, the railing is of wood construction, designed to correspond to the historical area.
Ample room to seat at least 8 guests, room on perimeter for sideboard, buffet or china cabinet. Entry hall has wide openings into flanking rooms, decorative transoms and taller baseboards.
Graceful interior transoms and lighting throughout.
Room set up as “study-bedroom” scenario: used daily as an office, sideboard actually converts to queen-size bed in about one minute.
Solid pine wood floors, in a non-toxic oil-finish
Dining room has gorgeous views and ample room for entertaining.
Chandelier and spotlights on dimmers.
The tiled fireplace wall is the backdrop for a direct vent, gas fireplace, which features a linear flame.
The kitchen features island top of marble in leathered finish. Perimeter countertops are quartz.
Pendant lights over the island and under-and-above the cabinets are all LED. Appliances and faucets selected for function and energy/ water efficiency.
Range hood with warming lamps. Double ovens have convection cooking option.
Uninterrupted back splash - no switch plates or electrical receptacles. Glass back splash wraps around to unify cabinets.
